We finally made it home from the hospital after spending nearly an entire week there. While we were grateful for the amazing care we received, we are happy to be home. We survived our first night together as a family of three without any help from the nurses. I think we did pretty well. Here are a few pictures of our last minutes at the hospital.
Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Dave came to help us get everything loaded in the car. Grandma spent a few minutes holding Ruthie (note the cute outfit from Aunt Dana.)
And Grandpa helped by carrying the boppy!
